Neular Warranty

Neular Craft

Neular warrants that all Neular Craft (not laminated) products will be free from failures due to manufacturing defects for 10 years after delivery to the client. In case of failure the client bears the obligation to prove the defectiveness of the Neular profile.

This warranty shall not cover and Neular shall not be held responsible for costs and expenses incurred with respect to the removal of defective Neular products or the installation of replacement materials, including to labor and transportation. The guarantee does not cover any force majeure events, discolouration or expansion of the products due to the climatological and weather conditions to which Neular profiles are exposed. The guarantee does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or the conduct of the client and/or third parties (including incorrect positioning and assembly and improve use).
